12 Questions and Request for Evidence

1. Why Track 16 Vaccines?
If the justification for tracking and mandating vaccines is because of measles, what is the medical justification to track/mandate up to 15 other vaccine products, especially considering most of these vaccines do not prevent either infection or transmission?
2. Evidence Unvaccinated Children ‘At Risk’
The Ministry of Health makes the repeated claim that ‘unvaccinated children are seriously at risk’. This implies that health outcomes and death rates in vaccinated children in Canada are significantly better when compared to equivalent data for unvaccinated children. What evidence does the Ministry of Health rely on to substantiate this claim? Specifically:
i) What are the death rates in fully-vaccinated vs. never-vaccinated children?
ii) What are the rates of illness in fully-vaccinated vs. never-vaccinated children for such conditions as: allergies, eczema, asthma, rhinitis; neurological conditions, such as speech retardation, learning difficulties, epilepsy, autism and other autism-spectrum disorders.; and auto-immune diseases such as type 1 diabetes and arthritis?
3. Evidence of Herd Immunity
The Ministry of Health insists that a 95% rate of vaccination is necessary for “herd immunity”. What evidence exists to support the claim that herd immunity can be achieved with a 95% vaccination rate? Is this rate of vaccination necessary for all 16 vaccines? What is the methodology to determine the coverage rate needed to achieve herd immunity?
4. Use of Inert Placebos
Will the Ministry of Health confirm which vaccine products licensed for use in Canada have undergone saline placebo, double blind, randomized studies to demonstrate their safety and effectiveness?
5. Accurate Reporting of Adverse Effects
What efforts does the Ministry of Health undertake to ensure we have accurate data on the number of children experiencing adverse side effects from vaccine products, including death, given doctors and other medical professionals are not trained to diagnose vaccine injury, parents are routinely told adverse side effects are “normal”, and a Health and Human Services study in the US revealed that less than 1% of adverse events are reported? [1] Has the Ministry of Health taken these low reporting rates into consideration when calculating the risk/benefit of the various vaccine products?
6. Requirement for Informed Consent
How does the Ministry of Health reconcile coercive vaccine mandates with the requirement under the Nuremburg Code, the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, and the requirement under all provincial Health Acts for informed consent?
7. What is the Medical Emergency?
What is the medical justification to declare 111 cases of measles [2] reported to date in a country of 37 million a “medical emergency”?  How does 111 cases of measles with no deaths or permanent injury justify the loss of individual rights and freedoms including the right to informed consent?
8. Evidence Unvaccinated Children Put Others at Risk
What evidence does the Ministry of Health have to substantiate the claim that “unvaccinated children put others at serious risk”?
9. Evidence Unvaccinated Children Transmit Infection
What evidence does the Ministry of Health have to substantiate the claim that “unvaccinated children are more likely to transmit infections than do vaccinated children”?
10. What is Misinformation?
The Ministry of Health makes the claim that individuals and organizations that question vaccine safety and effectiveness spread “misinformation”. Specifically, what information does the Ministry of Health consider “misinformation”? What evidence do they rely on to support the claim that such information is untrue?
11. Evidence of Safe and Effective
What evidence does the Ministry of Health rely on to substantiate the claim that vaccination is “safe and effective”, given the Institute of Medicine has declared that “there are too few scientifically sound studies published in the medical literature to determine whether more than 100 serious brain and immune system problems are or are not caused by the vaccines, including multiple sclerosis, arthritis, lupus, stroke, SIDS, autism and asthma”? [3]
12. Evidence Vaccines Are the Most Important Preventative Measure
What evidence does the Ministry of Health rely on to substantiate the claim that vaccines are “the most important preventative health measure” given that the rate of infection and mortality of infectious diseases declined as much as 99% prior to the introduction of mass vaccination? [4]
