We MUST protect our kids. Therefore, we urge you to send this Notice of Liability individually to every individual involved in your child’s education:

  • Print the following Notice of Liability, fill in the name of the person you are sending it to (one notice per person), sign it, and send to… School Board Trustees, District Superintendents, Ministers of Education, Principals, teachers, etc.)
