Can Infanrix hexa kill babies?

A document intended only for health authorities reveals high numbers of infant/child deaths shortly after injection of Infanrix hexa (the 6-in-1 DTaP –HB – IPV – Hib vaccine). It also indicates many serious adverse events. The 1271-page GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Dec 2011 ‘Summary Bridging Report’ was discovered by the Belgian watchdog group, Initiative Citoyenne, and discussed by them in a Dec 2012 press release (in English).
GSK’s 2008 INFANRIX hexa™ monograph does admit on pg 11: “Extremely rare cases of Sudden Unexpected Death (SUD) [usually named SIDS] in close temporal association to vaccination with INFANRIX hexa™ have been reported in the first year of life.” But, to understand the total possible extent of deaths and damage, we recommend that you read the Belgian press release (3 pages plus references) as well as the information below.
In an email to VRAN, Initiative Citoyenne provided two tables listing a total of 36 deaths between Oct 23, 2009 and Oct 22, 2011, most occurring within three days of injection of Infanrix-hexa:
Below, two tables (we made from the data in this document) that show us a clear pharmacovigilance signal: an unequal temporal distribution of the deaths following Infanrix hexa, with a clear concentration of the fatal outcomes in the early days (or hours) following the vaccine:

22 deaths after Infanrix hexa notified to GSK between 23th October 2009 and 22th October 2010.
(thus 36 infant deaths in a 2 years period… but we know that only 1 to 10% of SERIOUS side effects of vaccines are taken into account!!)

The Initiative Citoyenne press release also notes, “no fewer than 37 other deaths of children recorded since the vaccine was launched in 2000, amounting to a minimum total of 73 infant deaths.” And they inform, “no less than 825 different types of complication and adverse effect are mentioned.”
GSK’s Infanrix hexa™ is currently routinely injected into 2-, 4-, and 6-month old BC babies; it was introduced there in February 2009. We, like Initiative Citoyenne, wonder why it’s not used in USA or listed on infant/child schedules of any other Canadian provinces or territories. It appears that, just as for healthcare workers’ flu shot mandates, BC is a testing ground for new vaccination policies which are even more coercive than usual. We wonder how long it will take for all of us to discover the risks.
