I’m writing to welcome our newest subscribers to Vaccine Choice Canada, and to offer a sincere thank you to those of you who have subscribed with us over many years. As interest in Vaccine Choice Canada (VCC) grows, more Canadians are discovering the wealth of information compiled by VCC over its 38 year history which is freely available on our website: www.vaccinechoicecanada.com
What draws people to VCC in unprecedented numbers at this time are the never before imposed measures governments have implemented in response to COVID-19. Of particular concern to VCC members is the mounting pressure by our governments, the pharmaceutical industry and mainstream media to mandate a vaccine for coronavirus.
There are valid reasons for Canadians to be concerned that an over-hyped pandemic narrative is creating unwarranted and unnecessary panic. Further, this panic is being used by governments to justify violations of the rights and freedoms that form the basis of our society, including our constitutional rights, sovereignty, privacy, rule of law, financial security, and even our very democracy.
The fact is that many recognized global health and research experts have offered their severe and valid criticism of government overreach, and the aberrant and unjustifiable measures taken in response to COVID-19. VCC is directing its efforts to educating citizens on medical and scientific information that is not available through mainstream media or governments. We are rising to the challenge to protect and preserve our constitutional rights during this unprecedented time. We honour the principle that during times of emergency, constitutional rights do not stop being important, rather they become even more important.
For those who may not be aware, Vaccine Choice Canada filed legal action in the Ontario Superior Court on July 6, 2020 to hold multiple parties accountable for their actions with respect to COVID-19 measures. The defendants include: the Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario, the Municipality of Toronto, various public health officers, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, among others. The statement of claim can be found at: https://vaccinechoicecanada.com/wp-content/uploads/vcc-statement-of-claim-2020-redacted.pdf
My invitation of you is to take the next step, beyond subscription to our e-bulletin. Please consider becoming a member of VCC, at the Individual/Family or Professional level. Join the thousands of Canadians who recognize the challenges before us.
