VCC Summer Activity Survey

Dear VCC members and supporters,

I am writing to invite your feedback on the nature and frequency of engagement with Vaccine Choice Canada as we approach the summer months. Your answers to the following questions will guide us in our planning for the next few months.

I’d appreciate if you would take 5 minutes to give us your perspective. This survey is completely anonymous and does not use any third party tool to collect data. No personal information is being captured. The data will be used exclusively by the VCC Board and will not be shared with any third party.
