Vaccines Given to Canadian Children

Are You Aware?

North American children are now among the most vaccinated children in the world.

Since 1980, Canadian vaccine schedules have more than quadrupled the number of doses of vaccines given to children.

In the 1950’s, children received 14 doses of 5 vaccines before the age of 18.

In the early 1980’s, children received 23 doses of 7 vaccines before age 18.

Today, public health authorities now recommend more than 67 doses of 18 vaccines before age 18, not including a Covid-19 vaccine, which could add another 20 – 35 doses.

Are Vaccinated Children Healthier?

The most important question a parent ought to be asking is – Will my child be healthier as a result of vaccination?

2018 Raising Canada report conducted by the O’Brien Institute for Public Health concluded that “There is a failing state of children’s health today.”

The question is why? Our children receive more than three times as many vaccine doses today compared to the 1980’s. If vaccines improved health, our children should be healthier, not sicker.
