Wednesday evening, April 19, 2023, world-renowned Canadian researcher, Denis Rancourt PhD, was our guest on the VCC / CHA LIVE call and it was stunning! Denis, who has been doing an in-depth study on ‘all-cause mortality’ over the entire Covid era, left all 150+ attendees of the live event reeling from the implications of what he presented.
Denis is a Scientist, Social theorist, and Researcher at the Ontario Civil Liberties Association. He is also an outspoken media commentator who has published widely in the fields of medicine, geopolitics and social theory.
In his first interview with VCC back in 2020, Dr. Rancourt shared his research showing that masks don’t work. His latest research is based on a series of three related white papers which he walked us through on Wednesday. He proved that the vaccine-dose fatality rate from covid vaccines increases exponentially with age and, for some, is close to 1% per injection. This suggests that the elderly should never have been prioritized to receive these vaccines, and that the more shots people take the higher their risk of death.
patterns can be found in all-cause mortality. There are various cyclic nuances such as more deaths in winter than summer; more deaths amongst the poor than the rich; more deaths amongst the lonely; more deaths in groups that are going through traumatic change, such as losing their jobs, or relocating etc. Once you understand these ebbs and flows, you can remove the background noise and get a much better view of what is really going on and the impact of new variables introduced into the population.
However, the impact of Covid, and especially the related measures taken, have greatly increased the number of deaths! Some of the key findings by Dr. Rancourt and his team are as follows:
During 2020, which is the pre-Covid vaccine era, the patterns of all-cause mortality suggest that people were NOT dying from an air-borne respiratory virus, but from something else.
The reason is that spikes in all-cause mortality during this phase were defined by political boundaries and borders. That would simply not happen with a natural virus. For example, there is a noticeable surge in deaths in France, but nothing in Germany. Also, there were surges in 20 of the US states, but nothing in 30 or so neighbouring ones.
The common denominator amongst all the countries, states and provinces which saw higher rates of death during this phase, was in those areas where certain treatment protocols were rigorously enforced, such as putting people on ventilators and prescribing them Remdesivir. This indicates that excess deaths in this pre-vaccine phase (which amounted to 1.3 million people in the US alone) were likely caused by erroneous treatment protocols than from Covid itself.

Upon further investigation it was found that this was not due to treatment protocols but was because so many young men lost their jobs in the Energy sector due to the shutdowns and lockdowns. This caused depression, hopelessness, addiction, violence, and suicide which account for the spike.
These can all be considered unnecessary fatalities due to imposed policies for a ‘pandemic’ which had no noticeable impact on the average rate of all-cause mortality.

These spikes are higher in countries and jurisdictions that achieved higher rates of vaccination, and according to Denis, “You can even see peaks which exactly correspond to when the boosters where launched. These vaccines kill. There is no doubt.”
So, what is the rate of death that can be attributed to the Covid injections? This varies again according to local / national policies on the vaccine roll out. For example, India has the highest mortality rate per vaccine in the world. This was because they actively targeted the sick and elderly. Consequently, their average death rate per vaccine is 1% of all recipients (being 1 per 100 recipients). So far, Rancourt attributes 3.7 million deaths in India due to the Covid vaccines.

Age is a critical factor though. The risk of death doubles per injection for every 5 years of increased age. This means that the percentage of mortality amongst the elderly in Western democracies is about 1% per injection, and that increases to about 2.5% per injection for the very old (i.e. those above average mortality). According to Rancourt, “This was a tremendous assault against elderly people.”
The number of injections people have taken also makes a huge difference to their chances of dying. “We have shown that the risk of death increases dramatically the more doses you received. The third and fourth doses are much more dangerous, and this is accentuated with age. These third and fourth doses are so toxic for those receiving them that it brings up an extra sharp peak in mortality,” Rancourt explained.
Overall, the study authors estimate a global total of approximately 13 million deaths from the Covid-19 vaccines to date.
Dr. Rancourt concludes, “Covid is a war measure, and the injections are a huge weapon… These people are crazy! They are nuts. They want to be masters of the universe, no matter what!”
It is a shocking and sobering thought.
Denis Rancourt will be presenting these findings at the National Citizen’s Inquiry in Quebec City in May and it will be difficult for the Canadian government and their federal and provincial health authorities to ignore this very credible and detailed scientific evidence.
