Dear VCC Community,

Jason Christoff wrote in his substack this week: “There are hundreds of scams rolling all around us, on any given day. There's one scam that the ruling group will protect until their last breath. This one scam underpins the entire slave-based system. As a mind control researcher, it's easy to recognize how important each psychological operation is via the amount of effort, resources and protection they throw at each one. No mind control operation is more protected and more guarded than the fraud of vaccinology. If you want to understand the strength of the slave system this is where you need to start focusing your energy.”

It appears that the major tool of enslavement is finally at risk of being dismantled, at least south of the border. Nicolas Hulscher wrote this week: “For nearly four decades, vaccine manufacturers have operated above the law. Thanks to the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) and the 2005 PREP Act, Americans injured or disabled by vaccines have had virtually no legal recourse—while Big Pharma has faced no incentive to ensure the safety of its injections. Rep. Paul Gosar’s H.R. 4668 would end this injustice.”

 This bill, entitled, End the Vaccine Carveout Act would:

    1. Eliminate vaccine manufacturer liability shields, finally restoring Americans' right to hold companies accountable in civil court for injuries or deaths caused by vaccines—just as they can for any other pharmaceutical drug or medical product.

    2. Remove COVID-19 shots from PREP Act protection, stripping mRNA vaccine manufacturers of the blanket immunity granted during the declared emergency and allowing lawsuits for injuries linked to these products to proceed.

    3. End the arbitrary statute of limitations that has disqualified countless legitimate claims, giving victims and families a fair window of time—2 to 3 years after the injury or death—to seek justice.

    4. Preserve the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) as a voluntary, no-fault option for those who wish to use it, but no longer force it as the only legal pathway, thus restoring access to a real court of law.

    5. Close the legal loopholes created by the 1986 NCVIA and 2005 PREP Act that allowed vaccine makers to generate billions in profits while evading responsibility for defective, dangerous, or inadequately tested products.

    6. Compel vaccine makers to prioritize safety—knowing that unsafe products could now lead to financial ruin.

Just days earlier, Rep Thomas Massie introduced the PREP Repeal Act (H.R. 4388) to strike down the 2005 PREP Act and end liability for pandemic countermeasures like COVID-19 injections. Taken together, these two bills represent the most aggressive legislative effort yet to dismantle the legal shield that enabled pharmaceutical tyranny. 

While we know that Big Pharma will do everything it can to maintain its ability to harm and maim our children while making obscene profits, I suggest the tyranny of the COVID injections has awakened the masses. Their callous disregard for humanity was so egregious that this system of capture and control now has an expiry date.

Here is my common sense plan for what HHS Secretary Kennedy needs to do with regard to vaccines if he is serious about stopping the epidemics of chronic illnesses in our children. He must issue an immediate moratorium on each and every vaccine until the following conditions have been met:

1. Each state has fully restored individual and parental rights with regard to healthcare and medical decision making, which will automatically exclude any type of requirement or mandate, which will make null and void any need for exemptions, which will ensure that a simple “no thank you” will always suffice when one wants to decline or refuse any healthcare or medical treatment or procedure for oneself or one’s children, there will be no exceptions, and this will include members of the military, too.

2. A vaccine maker must produce only products that do not cause harm. Harm will be defined to include what they today call “most common”, “mild”, and “moderate” adverse side effects, in addition to the ones they call “serious”, which include various forms of lifelong illness, permanent disability, and death. It will no longer be acceptable to induce adverse direct effects of any form via a vaccine, be it a rash, fever, diarrhea, swelling and/or pain at the injection site, inconsolable crying, various skin eruptions, irritability, tinnitus, eye inflammation or other optic damage, ear infections, deafness, seizure, paralysis, anaphylaxis, vascular issues, heart issues, nervous system damage, encephalitis, death, etc.

3. A vaccine maker must remove any ingredient from its product that is already known and established to cause harm. Examples include mercury in the form of thimerosal, aluminum, lead, any ingredient with a MSDS (material safety data sheet), etc. A vaccine maker must also remove any ingredient that is a known or suspected carcinogen, a known or suspected fertility reducer or sterility inducer, a known or potential allergen, a known or potential mutagen, etc.

4. A vaccine maker must remove any ingredient from its manufacturing process and/or final product that comes in any way, shape, or form from a baby killed in utero.

5. A vaccine maker must remove any ingredient from its manufacturing process and/or final product that originates from another species, such as monkey, dog, cow, pig, chicken, insect, etc., due to already known, and unforeseen, adverse effects.

6. Vaccine testing/experimenting on children of any age, from gestation through age 18, will no longer be permitted. Violators will be punished to the full extent of the law.

7. Congress repeals the 1986 NCVIA and returns liability to those who manufacture and administer vaccines. No longer will vaccine victims, and their parents and families, be rendered unable to sue those who have harmed or killed themselves or their children and loved ones.
