Dear VCC Family,

On October 12, 2026, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a new pandemic declaration, with 153 countries voting in favor, three against, and two abstaining. The United States, Israel, and Argentina voted against the declaration.  Canada was not one of the countries who voted against the new pandemic declaration. Of note is Paragraph 57. It explicitly calls for governments to counter vaccine hesitancy as part of broader efforts against health-related “misinformation” and “disinformation.” 

Nicolas Hulscher responded with: “The declaration is non-binding and does not itself authorize censorship, compulsory vaccination, or expanded WHO enforcement powers. However, it establishes a broad international policy agenda that seriously endangers health freedom. Hulscher declares: “The scientific community must remain free to investigate adverse events, challenge regulatory decisions, publish contradictory findings, and question public-health policies without fear of retaliation. 

Vaccine hesitancy is NOT misinformation. 

Scientific dissent is NOT disinformation. 

Questioning public-health authorities is NOT a threat to public health. 

No international pandemic framework should undermine those fundamental principles.” 

What is abundantly clear is that vaccination policy is not about health. If vaccination was truly about improving the health of humanity, public health agencies would measure health rather than the number of injections. None of the vaccines on the childhood or adult schedule are proven to improve health. At the same time there is overwhelming evidence that all vaccines cause injury, chronic disease, and premature death.

The coercion isn’t solely the efforts of the UN General Assembly. Our public schools are also instruments of deception and coercion. The Ontario government has already issued their schedule for student suspensions for falling to provide proper evidence of vaccination or a completed personal belief or religious exemption. 

Dr. David Speicher detailed the coercion process in a recent Life Site News article titled: Parents Need To Know The Truth About Ontario’s School Vaccination Regime. Dr. Speicher, whose son was the subject of vaccine coercion, declares that the Immunization of School Pupils Act (ISPA) is about “compliance, not health”. His advice in challenging the school suspensions is counterintuitive. He says – “never argue the science”. His point is that public health and school administrators don’t care about the science. This is because the science doesn’t support vaccination.

Ontario also imposes an Education Session for those parents who are “vaccine risk aware” and informed enough to refuse one or all vaccines mandated by the Ontario gods. Unbekoming has done a detailed expose of the “education session”.  He describes Ontario’s vaccine education certificate program as a “state-run belief-correction program” similar to  the programs of the Chinese Communist Party for dissidents during the Cultural Revolution. Like the Chinese Communist Party, the Ontario government identifies citizens whose beliefs diverge from state orthodoxy, compels them to submit to corrective content, and issues a document confirming attendance.

Vaccine Choice Canada knows that coercion is not consent. We hold that questioning a vaccine’s safety, effectiveness, necessity, or long-term consequences is not misinformation. It is an essential part of scientific inquiry and informed medical decision-making and the right and responsibility of every individual and parent.

By Unbekoming - In Ontario, a parent cannot decline the childhood vaccination schedule simply by declining; (the parent must approach) the state to decline (vaccination for their child). The state responds by requiring the parent to watch state-produced speech about the product for twenty-five minutes before processing the decline. The viewing is mandatory, the content one-directional, and no companion video presents the vaccine-injury and risk record. The certificate is proof of exposure.

The West teaches its citizens to recognize state-run belief-correction programs when they appear in foreign jurisdictions.

By Brenda Baletti, Ph.D. - Children from low-income families, girls, and 3- to 5-year-olds showed the steepest increases in autism rates, according to a large CDC study. The researchers also found 1 in 5 children were diagnosed with a developmental disability. The authors cited earlier detection and awareness as contributors to the increases. But experts said the paper offered no evidence for those explanations, called for a “greater sense of urgency to understand” what’s behind the large increases.

I explained how I feel, gave him information and bought and printed off the booklet from Vaccine Choice Canada for young adults. He read everything I gave him. I told him there is a possibility of him being suspended for 20 days. I told him he is old enough to make his own decision. HE CHOSE NO VACCINES!!!!

I told him health units in Ontario have been indiscriminately using probation days to be retaliatory. They have used it with little kids who don't understand why for 20 days they can't go to school. I told (my son) there was a risk of this. He laughed. All his high school courses are online. He laughed mainly because it is illogical and makes no scientific sense why you would do this to a child just because the parents choose not to vaccinate.
