Dear VCC Community,
Canada’s own version of the Fauci Senate hearings will resume in a Vancouver court room later this month. However, it is the Government of British Columbia and the Federal Government of Canada who will be attempting their “pleading the 5th Amendment” in an attempt to prevent the evidence of their fraud, criminality, and violations of fundamental rights and freedoms from being exposed.
Action4Canada and Rocco Galati are heading back to court on September 24, 2026 when the defendants’ second Motion to Strike will be heard. The defendants being the likes of Bonnie Henry, Justin Trudeau, Teresa Tam, Adrian Dix, the RCMP, Canadian Broadcast Corporation, and others. This date is a significant moment in this battle for truth and accountability because this case raises matters of profound public interest and constitutional importance that must be heard.
To give some history - back in August 2021, Tanya Gaw stood alongside constitutional lawyer Rocco Galati to announce the filing of their original 391-page Notice of Civil Claim. Mr. Galati and Action4Canada were criticized for the length and breadth of their affidavit. The defendants, and many others, declared the affidavit “prolix” meaning unnecessarily long, vexatious, and without merit.
Action4Canada believed, as did Vaccine Choice Canada, that it was critically important to put all of the evidence on the court record—to document what was happening, not only to Canadians, but citizens globally. What both Action4Canada and Vaccine Choice Canada knew was that what we were witnessing and experiencing was a well-orchestrated, planned, and coordinated attack on humanity. The claim was extensive because the magnitude of what was occurring demanded it.
The governments and their actors brought their first Motion to Strike in 2022, seeking to have the A4C claim dismissed without leave to amend, but the Court rightfully rejected that request and allowed the Notice of Claim to be amended. On December 12, 2024, A4C filed an amended Notice of Civil Claim.
Throughout the years Tanya repeatedly stated that we must trust the delays. Today, that perspective is more relevant than ever. As the A4C case moves forward, investigations—particularly the Fauci hearings in the United States—are exposing the COVID-19 fraud and “mass negligent homicide,” as Dr. McCullough recently called it.
The passage of time has not diminished the importance of this case. It has made the pursuit of truth, justice and accountability even more important.
On September 24th, the defendants will once again argue a Motion to Strike. While it may appear that it is Galati and Action4Canada that are the ones needing to defend their Notice of Civil Claim, I suggest it is actually the various defendants who are under fire. The evidence of fraud and criminality continues to mount and is only getting more extensive and damning.
If the governments of the day had any integrity and moral capacity they would use this opportunity to beg for forgiveness and mercy. History will not be kind to the likes of Bonnie Henry, Teresa Tam, Justin Trudeau, and others. While they may not have been the architects of the global conspiracy, they were the “jackboots” willing to enforce the orders that caused disability and death and social and economic catastrophe comparable to any war.
Rocco Galati recently released his autobiography titled – Clowns in Gowns – My Life and the Law. The book includes Vaccine Choice Canada’s efforts to hold the governments of the day to account. VCC filed their Statement of Claim on July 6, 2020. We were the first organization in Canada to declare the conspiracy for what it was. If you really want to know what Galati thinks about our court system in Canada, have a read. Here is a taste of what Galati thinks:

Abstract
At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Public Good Projects, Hispanic Communications Network and World Voices Media joined forces to launch a nationwide, multifaceted campaign which aimed to increase vaccine confidence and decrease misinformation on social media within Hispanic communities.
Based on digital metrics and comment sentiment analysis, we feel that our campaign was effective at reaching our target audience with fact-based COVID-19 misinformation prebunk and debunk messaging. Future organizations and practitioners can use this as a guide for future public health campaigns with the Hispanic community. |
