Dear VCC Community,

Our public health agencies and their agents in media would have you believe the current outbreak of measles is a public health crisis. In response to approximately 736 cases of measles in the entire United States, with no reported deaths, the media has responded with an outpouring of concern. Dr. Peter McCullough reports that more than 40,000  press releases have been published in recent weeks to bring awareness to this purported crisis. The only remedy offered is to ‘get vaccinated’.

No where is mentioned the relationship between severity of symptoms and Vitamin A levels. No where is mentioned the risk of harm from the measles vaccine, that measles is a mild illness in healthy children, or that recovery from measles confers life-long immunity. No where are the results of a recent study shared that identified a 2,657% higher risk of vaccine-associated deaths than measles deaths in the modern era. 

What we are witnessing is the continuation of fear mongering without adequate information to make an informed decision. The public health cartel is confirming that, in spite of their ethical and legal requirement to secure informed consent, coercion, not consent is the standard of health care in the world today.

I have concerns with both the risk of harm from these injections, as well as the violation of our rights and freedoms that this represents. The well coordinated effort to have us surrender bodily autonomy is not insignificant. The imposition of vaccination as a condition of participating in life is an extraordinary and divisive doctrine that radically transforms our society and social contract. What is being imposed  is a policy of discrimination and the creation of an apartheid state of jabbed and unjabbed. 

Vaccine proponents claim that “vaccination is for the public good.” This reversal of values from individual health to “the community’s best interest” means that those who promote vaccines are not acting in your and my best interest. They are serving an abstract entity – “the community or the public”. Public Health agencies view vaccine injuries and deaths as acceptable collateral damage. But in reality, with mass vaccination programs and the resultant millions of injuries, disabilities, chronic diseases and deaths, vaccination does not protect the public good either. The “greater good” argument means the end of individualized medicine, informed consent, and bodily autonomy. 

I’ve learned the hard way that governments, public health officials, doctors, medical associations, researchers, and many non-profits lie. Money drives virtually every decision impacting public health policy and health care decisions. The science has been corrupted and is rarely in service to the truth. And the censors are never the good guys. No real scientist uses the terms “settled science” or “consensus science” to shut down discussion on scientific topics, where knowledge is constantly evolving. We have a health care crisis in the world today and those we’ve trusted to keep us safe are not only ignoring this crisis, they are actively contributing to it.

As with any such overreach by government, if we do not oppose it, we are enabling it by our silence and compliance. If we fail to stand firm and defend the principles of individual rights, bodily sovereignty, and upholding the law then the Charter and the Code of Ethics of health professionals are simply pieces of paper. Medical freedom is a human right that needs to be defended. It is up to each of us to stand up and protect this human right.

Watteel, PhD Statistics - “I finally received the first batch from three Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) requests into the unusual, fast-tracked funding of ScienceUpFirst (SUF) — the federally-backed “debunking” platform co-founded by law professor Timothy Caulfield and Liberal-appointed Senator Stan Kutcher.

Launched in 2021, SUF immediately scored $1.75 million from PHAC’s Immunization Partnership Fund (IPF) as part of Canada’s marketing strategy to combat “vaccine hesitancy” and boost COVID-19 vaccine confidence and uptake. The pilot was set to expire in March 2022 — but the government cash kept rolling in.”

This term bothers me and the purpose of the payouts seems to be at odds with conflict of interest policies that are supposed to be enforced in countries like Canada. Second, alongside China, Pfizer targeted Canada’s PIGOs through a disproportionately large budget. The $11 million paid by Pfizer to Canadian PIGOs is concerning because it almost equals that allocated to influencing the U.S.A., but our economic footprint is about 12-times smaller and our pharmaceutical market is approximately 18-time smaller.”

Vaccine Rites

What happens next depends, in no small part, on what we do in the coming days.

The National Citizens Inquiry (NCI) will convene a special public hearing of 2026, titled “Are Farmers Safe in Canada”, to be held in Kelowna, British Columbia, March 9-11, 2026.

This hearing will examine urgent questions at the heart of Canada’s food legislative and regulatory system. Farmers are not only food producers. They are stewards of land, caretakers of animals, and anchors of rural communities. When regulatory decisions are made without transparency, proportionality, or accountability, the impacts extend well beyond individual farms. They affect food safety, food security, public trust, and national resilience.

Forgotten History: Civil Rights in Canada

By Conrad Black - Many recent events in Canadian public life have highlighted the evolution of the concept of individual rights in this country.

It was at the forefront of the controversy over the truckers' convoy and the invocation of the Emergencies Act last year and was the entire substance of the dispute between Professor Jordan Peterson and the administration of the University of Toronto and those who wished to coerce him into addressing them in the new pronouns that vary or obscure gender identification.

Although rights are enunciated in the Constitution and in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms attached to it and violations of rights have been addressed in the Criminal Code throughout Canada's history as an autonomous country, the profusion of human rights tribunals and the increasing tendency for subgroups of society aggressively to pursue identity politics have all combined to make the question of individual rights one of increasingly great and frequent emphasis.

This trend has been amplified by controversies over adaptations of apparel to accommodate religious affiliation and over language rights of minorities in both official languages in Canada.

That's why The Democracy Fund and Conrad Black have published a new book that provides a brief history of the evolution of rights in Canada from the days of New France and through the century of the British colonial period and the 156 years of Confederation.
