Dear VCC Community,

The biggest news of the week is the announcement by Federal Health Minister Marjorie Michel that the Health department is sealing internal reports on vaccine and drug injuries for 15 years. This is the same Health Minister who claimed in December 2025 that she could no longer trust US health institutions after changes to their routine vaccine schedule. This announcement should send a strong message to all Canadians, regardless of their position on vaccines, that this government has something to hide, and can not be trusted with the health and safety of our children.

Substack commentator ‘Citizen’s Congress’ makes this clear: 

“Governments do not bury good news. They bury liability. The Canadian government’s decision to restrict access to COVID-19 vaccine injury data is not a neutral administrative act. It creates a powerful inference that the state possesses information it does not want tested in public or in court. If the vaccines were as safe as claimed, transparency would strengthen public trust. If injuries were rare and mild, disclosure would neutralize critics. If mandates were proportionate, data would vindicate policy. The refusal to disclose achieves the opposite of every legitimate objective. It signals fear of scrutiny, not confidence in science.” 

This is not new information for those who subscribe to the ‘Choice Insider’. We’ve known for years, some for decades, that the vaccine industry and their agents in government and media are not serving our interests, but rather the interests of the vaccine cartel. Average Canadians, who listen to CBC and buy the vaccine dogma pushed out by Health Canada, may now start to question what they are being told about vaccine safety, efficacy and necessity. My perspective is that Health Minister Michel has given us a gift. She’s aiding our efforts to inform Canadians that the ‘vaccine emperor has no clothes’. Maybe Michel is a closet “anti-vaxxer” and on our side after all. 

On another matter, I need to share my concern with the commentary authored by James Lyons-Weiler (JLW) in the last edition of the Choice Insider. The article was titled - The Schedule Is the Signal: Why the January 2026 Vaccine Policy Reset Was Necessary, Not Radical. While the commentary included many statements that I agree with and support, it also included statements that I must publicly distance from. JLW made the claim: “The CDC now limits routine universal recommendations to vaccines with: Strong international consensus; High demonstrated public health value; and Well-characterized safety and efficacy profiles.”

JLW then lists the vaccines that he claims meets this criteria: Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (DTaP/Tdap), Polio (IPV), Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib), Pneumococcal conjugate (PCV), Human papillomavirus (HPV), and Varicella (chickenpox). I find this claim quite shocking coming from someone of JLW’s knowledge and stature.

I know that he knows that none of these vaccines have been properly tested for safety. JLW also knows that vaccinated children have significantly higher rates of chronic illness and death than unvaccinated children because JLW did the data analysis of Dr. Paul Thomas’ client records which clearly showed vaccinated children are sicker than unvaccinated children. He knows all vaccines cause harm. To declare that the CDC is facilitating ”more uptake—of the right vaccines, in the right populations, for the right reasons” belies the overwhelming evidence that any vaccine is safe, effective, or necessary.

In my view, JLW appears to be engaged in politics, not science. He is supporting the changes made by RFK (which are a step in the right direction) but seems unwilling to get ahead of RFK on exposing vaccine harm. I appreciate that changing the vaccine narrative is a process and that the masses won’t move easily or quickly. But, every day that the vaccine mythology is given any credibility and allowed to persist means more children, and adults, are being harmed and killed by a product that violates all the rules of transparency, ethics, science, and safety.

I believe that the only action that will save our children is telling the truth. I’m reminded of the words of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn - "The simple act of an ordinary brave man is not to participate in lies, not to support false actions!"

Derek Sloan interviews Dan Hartman about a critical appeal at the Ontario Court of Appeal regarding his lawsuit against Health Canada. 

Dan Hartman is a fearless father who has a chilling and heartbreaking story. Dan Hartman strongly believes his son Sean was killed by the COVID shot, and he is suing Pfizer and the Government of Canada (Health Canada) for justice. 

The appeal relates to a decision earlier this year, where Dan says Health Canada was let off the hook, and dropped from the lawsuit. The government had moved to have their part of the case struck (shut down), and the court agreed with them to dismiss the case. Dan says the court ruled the government did not have an individual duty of care towards his son, Sean. 

Dan appealed this ruling and it was heard at the Ontario Court of Appeal in front of 3 judges. If he wins, he will be able to proceed with his lawsuit against Health Canada! 

Regardless of how the appeal turns out, the good news is that his case against Pfizer is still on! Dan says this is the first and only COVID lawsuit against Pfizer for wrongful death in North America.  (9:49)
