There has been an eerie silence following the Freedom Convoy that is indicative of a kind of complacent agreement among Canadians with how the government treated its citizens in Ottawa. At the same time, among a certain number of Canadians, there has been a growing feeling of malaise and a realization that something is terribly wrong. More and more Canadians are realizing just how fragile our democracy is. Reclaiming Canada Conference
May 28th - 29th

 

A national conference bringing together a coalition of leaders to discuss the future of our democracy. Canada’s constitution was founded to protect individual rights and freedoms in order to unify the nation. To empower Canadians, it is important to form a Congress of Citizens to counsel our government and hold them accountable to truth and the rule of law. We will bring together Canadians from across the country to form a national strategy to advance our democracy and to repair the damage that stems from political and societal dissonance.  This gathering to Reclaim Canada will take place in Victoria, BC from May 28th to May 29th.

During her testimony Hinshaw refused to take responsibility for provincial lockdowns and mandates, repeatedly stating she made recommendations to cabinet and it was cabinet that made the orders. Inspired by the Freedom/Trucker convoy, James departed Vancouver, BC in February and will end his march in Ottawa. He will be joining us as he marches into Manitoba.
