The fall 2013 issue of the VRAN newsletter has been mailed and those who are Members have hopefully received it by now.  Brimming with highly informative articles, the Newsletter features an article by Dr. Suzanne Humphries and Roman Bystrianyk on original antigenic sin (OAS) in which they describe how vaccines incorrectly program the immune system, leaving it vulnerable to future attack by diseases. In their new book Dissolving Illusions, the authors have succeeded in eloquently dispelling the myth that medical measures with their reliance on drugs and vaccines is what stopped the epidemics. The book is a ‘must read’ and can be selected as a fundraising bonus when a Member donates $150 or more.

 

In another article in the fall 2013 Newsletter, we draw on information from Dr. Larry Palevsky's Holistic Child Health Newsletter. He raises concerns about polysorbate-80, a common vaccine ingredient known to cross the blood-brain-barrier (BBB).  He writes, “Polysorbate-80 is an emulsifier and, as such, can enter any cell membrane because of its lipid moiety, regardless of the condition of the cell membranes. Aluminum is a neurotoxin and a cellular toxin, and binds pretty tightly to polysorbate-80.

“Pharmaceutical companies utilize polysorbate-80 in their drug manufacturing to help with the transmission of pharmaceuticals across the blood brain barrier, BBB. They understand how protective the BBB is against allowing blood contents to enter the brain, and have found a way to bypass the BBB to enhance drug entry into the brain by attaching the drugs to nano-particles of polysorbate-80.

“With aluminum and polysorbate-80 tightly bound in the HPV vaccine, and able to pass freely into the brain across the BBB, regardless of the state of health of the BBB, this can explain some of the fainting, seizures, and neurological sequelae that have been reported in teenage girls after they have received the HPV vaccine. 

“One in 6 children has some form of neuro-developmental disability, and adult onset neuro-degenerative diseases are on the rise, so clearly, something very wrong is happening to the human brain. But, no study has been designed to test whether the polysorbate-80 is, in part, acting to debilitate the central nervous system, and cellular functions all over the body. We just keep on adding more vaccines to the schedule that contain polysorbate-80, and we keep on seeing increasing numbers of children and adults with debilitating, chronic, inflammatory conditions in every part of their bodies”, writes Dr. Palevsky.

More than a dozen commonly used vaccines list polysorbate-80 as an ingredient. The H1N1 pandemic vaccines used in Canada and Europe and now under investigation for increasing the risk of the brain disorder narcolepsy, also contained polysorbate-80 as a component of the AS03 adjuvant used in these vaccines to “turbo-charge” the immune system.

Zinc is one of the very best anti-bacterial agents around—and scientists have discovered this week how it works, even against some of the deadliest bacteria that cause pneumonia and meningitis.

 

The essential mineral starves the bacteria by blocking its ability to scavenge for manganese in the body, which weakens it and makes the job of the immune system so much easier.   Scientists at the University of Adelaide have observed the way that zinc interplays with one of the deadliest bacteria, Streptococcus pneumoniae, which kills more than one million people a year by causing pneumonia, meningitis and other serious infectious diseases.  But the bacteria need to feed off manganese, an essential metal, in order to thrive and attack the body. Zinc interferes with that process, and stops manganese reaching the bacteria.
