Epidemic of Chronic Illness in Children
|
The plight of Canadian families who have been caring for their
severely autistic children recently spilled out into the media. Reports
in the Toronto Star,
CTV News and Ottawa Citizen profiled desperate families who feel they
have no choice but to abandon their developmentally disabled adult
children. Services for adults with developmental disabilities are
stretched to the limit and so are the aging parents looking after them.
Some risk being sent to homeless shelters or jail.
In Ontario alone, there are about 12,000 families waiting for some kind
of supported living accommodation for their developmentally disabled
adult children, many of whom are in their late teens and early
twenties. This is the crop of children who were at the receiving
end of the doubling of the vaccine schedule in the mid to late 80’s and
early 90’s.
Ontario’s Ombudsman, André Marin, has begun an investigation
into services for adults with autism and other developmental
disabilities. "'We have heard heart-wrenching stories from aging
or ill parents whose adult sons and daughters are a danger to themselves
and others and need constant care that can't be provided at home - but
they have nowhere to turn,' Marin said
when he began the investigation last fall. His office is dealing with
so many complaints about the issue that the investigation might take
longer than the planned six months.
Offspring are being left in (hospital) emergency rooms, in government
offices,” says Miriam Fry, with an organization called Families Matter, a
parent support group for families with children with developmental
disabilities. “There have been cases of murder suicide. It is
definitely a crisis” reported CTV News.
“I am going through the same thing”, said one exhausted mother commenting on the CTV News article. "I
have a severely autistic son, 12 yrs old, violent, non verbal and no
respite. I have begged and begged for help but have been told, we have
nothing for you. He was abused at a group home he was in - it's like out
of sight out of mind for the government. We have another child with
PDD-NOS and she has to hide when her brother gets violent, but still no
help from anyone. I said to his social worker that if something bad
happens all of you will say "oh, we should have helped that family". Why
not help BEFORE something bad happens! Things need to change. I live in
BC so I guess it's a national problem.”
The public is responding sympathetically, but few are asking
WHY?? What has caused this unprecedented surge of developmentally
disabled children and young adults in the last 25 years? This is
the generation of children who have been hit hard by immune system
damage and brain injuries triggered by the huge increase
in the infant vaccine schedule since the mid 1980’s. How many of these
thousands of families started off with normally developing healthy
babies, only to see them regress into chronic illnesses and
neurodevelopmental disorders by age three or four after getting the full
load of government recommended vaccines? Immunologist Judy van de Water discusses the critical role of the immune system in how the brain functions and develops.
“It is not reasonable to assume that manipulation of the immune
system through an increasing number of vaccinations during critical
periods of brain development will not result in adverse
neurodevelopmental outcomes”, say the authors of a new scientific review from Poland who discuss the irreparable harm done by vaccines.

In 1994, five pediatric vaccines were delivered through a single
needle for the first time in history. The first delivered to a heavily
competitive market was PENTA (DPT-Polio-Hib PRP-T). Canadian
children were the test market for this experimental 5 in 1 vaccine that
was used only in Canada. Parents were not informed that their children
were test subjects for this new, unlicensed vaccine. “Following mass
administration of PENTA reports of adverse reactions began to pour
into Health Canada. Through the Canadian Freedom of Information
Act we received this partial list of reports from Health Canada. Among
convulsions, infections, brain inflammation, anaphylaxis and screaming
the "Outcome" for at least two children was "Fatal".”

VRAN calls for a national accounting

Scientist Slams Flu Vaccine
|
A Johns Hopkins scientist has issued a blistering report on influenza vaccines in the British Medical Journal (BMJ).
Peter Doshi, Ph.D., charges that although the vaccines are being pushed
on the public in unprecedented numbers, they are less effective and
cause more side effects than alleged by the Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention (CDC). Further, says Doshi, the studies that underlie the
CDC's policy of encouraging most people to get a yearly flu shot are
often low quality studies that do not substantiate the official claims.
